WAIV Free Trial Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in WAIV’s 30-Day Free Trial for GPS tracking and protection solutions for boat and jet-ski rentals.

Before starting your trial, please review the following terms and conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility for Free Trial
To qualify for the WAIV Free Trial, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be a rental fleet operator with a minimum of 3 boats, jet-skis, or other watercraft.
You must be a new customer of WAIV.
Your business must be located in the United States or select approved geographical regions.
WAIV reserves the right to approve or decline free trial requests at its discretion.

2. Free Trial Requirements
Upfront Purchase of Trackers: To start your free trial, you must purchase WAIV GPS trackers upfront. This ensures you have the necessary equipment to experience the full functionality of our system.
Full Refund Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with WAIV’s solution, you may return the trackers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The trackers must be returned in their original condition.

3. Subscription Terms
After the 30-day free trial period, your subscription will automatically commence at the standard monthly rate unless you request cancellation.
To avoid charges, you must notify WAIV in writing before the end of the 30-day trial period.
Subscriptions are billed monthly, and you can cancel at any time with a 30-day notice period.

4. Return Policy
Trackers must be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
Trackers must be in original condition and include all accessories.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Limitations and Restrictions
The free trial is limited to one per customer.
WAIV reserves the right to modify or terminate the free trial program at any time.
WAIV is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the trial period.

All free trial requests are subject to approval by WAIV. We may contact you to verify your eligibility and discuss your business needs.
