Return Refund Warranty

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Exceptions may apply for extended refund policy stated further below.
 
RETURN PROCESS
 
To return an item, please email customer service at returns@waiv.ai to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us for US domestic shipping. 
For international returns, shipping will be paid by the customer.  
 
 
REFUND POLICY
 
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
 
 
EXCEPTIONS    
 
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. 
 
TRIAL REFUND POLICY
Our general return policy require returned products to be in new and unused condition.
However, first time customers may return up to 5 devices that has been actively used during the 30 day trial period as long as the devices are in good working condition.    
   
WARRANTY POLICY  
 
Baseline Warranty:
The baseline warranty is included with our month-to-month contract and does not require a long term service contract. We offer a 1 year baseline warranty on our products, based on the date of purchase.
 
Extended Warranty:
An extended warranty policy may be offered to customer committing to a service contract with a minimum duration of one (1) full year. Please contact sales@waiv.ai to to discuss your customized warranty agreement.
 
Lifetime Warranty:
For an additional monthly charge we can offer a “lifetime” warranty, that will remain valid as long as the subscription is active.  The amount will depend on the size of the fleet, the length of the contract, and the type of vessels the trackers are installed on. Please contact sales@waiv.ai to to discuss your customized warranty agreement.
