WAIV Spring Deal – Terms & ConditionsThank you for your interest in WAIV’s Spring Deal. This special offer is designed to help rental businesses, boat clubs, tour operators, and other commercial entities enhance their fleet management with our advanced GPS tracking solutions at a discounted rate with a 1-year price lock.
1. Eligibility for the PromotionTo qualify for this promotion, you must meet the following criteria:You must be a new WAIV customer (existing customers, please submit inquery to sales@waiv.ai).Your business must be a rental business, boat club, tour operator, or other approved commercial entity (not available for private owners).You must purchase a minimum of 3 WAIV GPS trackers.
- The promotion is valid for businesses in the United States, Canada and select approved geographical regions.
2. Promotion Details
- Tracker Price: $189 per unit (one-time hardware cost).
- This rate is guaranteed and frozen for the first 12 months from the date of activation.
- After the first year, the subscription rate may be adjusted to reflect market conditions, but you will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any changes take effect.
- Commitment: A 1-year subscription commitment is required.
- Promotion Duration: Valid until April 30, 2026.
3. Subscription TermsYour subscription will be billed automatically on a monthly basis.
4. Approval Process
- WAIV reserves the right to approve or decline participation in this promotion at its discretion.
- We may contact you to verify your eligibility and discuss your business needs.
5. Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with WAIV’s solution, you may return the trackers within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Trackers must be returned in their original condition and include all accessories.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
6. Limitations and RestrictionsWAIV reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- WAIV is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the promotion period.
