Terms & Conditions

Thank you for your interest in WAIV’s 30-Day Risk-Free Trial.

The purpose of the free trial is to allow you to evaluate our product and determine whether WAIV is the right solution for your business.

The trial is limited to 3 units per customer and is available only to new customers who have not previously placed an order with WAIV.

Before starting your trial, please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully.

1. Eligibility for the Free Trial

To qualify for the WAIV Risk-Free Trial, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must operate an established rental business.
• You must be a new customer of WAIV.
• Your business must be located in the United States or another approved geographic region.
• WAIV reserves the right to approve or decline free trial requests at its sole discretion.

2. Free Trial Process

• The free trial must be approved by WAIV via email before an order is placed.
• To begin your trial, you must purchase the WAIV GPS trackers upfront using an invoice provided by WAIV.
• Once your trackers are delivered, you have up to 30 days to evaluate the product.
• If you are not satisfied with WAIV’s solution, you may return the trackers before the end of the 30-day trial period.

3. Subscription Terms

• After the 30-day trial period, your subscription will automatically begin at the standard monthly rate unless you request cancellation.
• To avoid subscription charges, you must notify WAIV in writing before the end of the 30-day trial period.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice.

4. Return Policy

• Trackers must be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
• Returned trackers must be in their original condition, without any functional or cosmetic damage, and must include the original product box, user manual, and all included accessories.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Limitations and Restrictions

• The free trial is limited to 3 units per customer.
• WAIV reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free trial program at any time.

6. Approval Process

All free trial requests are subject to approval by WAIV.
